We are extremely glad to have taken physical possession of the flat BF1, in PALLAVA HEIGHTS in Luz Avenue on 5th October 2005. This itself speaks volumes about your company, as you have fulfilled your promise as per schedule.

My first contact was with Mr. Suresh of the marketing department. I was so much impressed with not only their marketing ability, but their facts and figures about their earlier constructions, the details of the land on which the proposed construction was to commence etc. Above all, the statement that the entire payment will be accepted by cheque, was the one most encouraging as there was no room for any dishonesty at anytime . This was the factor which was in an outstanding manner, and only the remaining half was left to the others for successful completion. Hats off to him.

In my later interaction with Mr. Sivachandran, Mr. Sowmyanarayanan, Mr. Ravi, I found them all a set of excellent people, ready to listen to our needs and try to accommodate our requirements as much as possible. Whenever we visited the site, we were happy to find the project people working there ready to co-operate with us any time . I never found anyone disinterested in his work or frowning at us. All these go to show the close bond between the management and employees in your company .
Last but not the least is the working of the Customer Relational Cell of your organization. This cell is headed by a gentle lady – Mrs. Jayashree, who is always prompt in getting any matter cleared in the shortest time possible and also to the entire satisfaction of the customer . In my opinion, she has been handling all the 20 owners very successfully, all the time. She deserves full encouragement.

I find it difficult to give any feedback for the improvement of your organization, as it is almost perfect in all matters.

The method of working is correct, there is no communication gap between the management and other workers, and all customers are being regularly informed about the progress of the work in writing.
I had always found that the materials used in various cases of construction are of the highest quality as stated in the specification.

You are providing extra facilities at your cost and we are happy that you are giving us one year free maintenance guarantee inside our flat.

We wish your organization will grow and grow with the sky as the limit.

My interaction with XS Real started late 2002 …. Since then I have interacted with various teams … together they made the entire experience of owning an apartment, right from pre sales to moving in, very pleasant and enjoyable.

I was surprised to hear about the prevailing rents

It was music to my ears! When I decided to rent out my apartment at CASA XS, I was jubilant. I was being offered the same rent that prevails in Adyar or T.Nagar. All this, inspite of paying a much lower price for the property. It was like getting 100% rent on 50% investment.
