CASA XS is a unique collection of Bungalows put together in singular apartment blocks. Every apartment has a beautiful private foyer in front of the main door. A pinewood wicket gate separates the private foyer and the lobby.

Windows in these apartments are so carefully positioned, that the neighbour's privacy is not encroached upon. Open to sky areas in front of the bungalow apartments allow plenty of air and sunlight. Windows open out onto the front like in individual bungalows.

Lobbies are quite spacious, well-lit and ventilated. In fact lobby areas impart a sense of independence and space.

The apartments themselves have very few shared walls. Most of them are open on 3 sides allowing lot of air and light.
