A house is made a home only by a happy dweller. We aim this happiness and satisfaction to all XS Real home buyers, by meeting their aesthetic and functional requirements.

We focus not only on utility but also on safety. The interiors of XS Real homes always have curved edges. We also provide drip irrigation and avoid planting fruit-bearing trees to ensure a clean environment in the landscaped gardens.

We use L shaped wall moulding at wall junctions, to complement its aesthetics. The entire toilet area is mapped and so, we use exact sized tiles in the niche that houses the toilet.

In a place like Chennai, where conservation of water is vital, we had adopted Drip irrigation system in all our projects, way back in 1996. This meticulousness ensures our customers not only aesthetic living but a trouble-free home as well.
