We are showing the first floor plan seperately because the apartments in the first floor contain Private Open Terrace areas. Whereas the apartments in the second, third and the fourth floors do not have them.

There are four blocks in Precinct Normandy [ 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D']. Each block contains 20 apartments [5 apartments per floor and 4 floors]. The five apartments in each floor are called as 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'E'. So, the apartment in 'A' in 'A Block' first floor will be 'A1A' and apartment 'A' in 'D' block will be 'D1A'. And likewise for the other apartments. This first floor plan actually shows all the 20 apartments above the car park of Precinct Normandy.
