INSIDE LA CÉLESTE



ARCHITECT
This project has been jointly conceived by Chitale & Son, who believe that every building should have its own identity created by an elegant and expressive architecture corresponding to its specific functions and location
                                           and
XS Real Properties who believe that the values of Aesthetics, Meticulousness and enlivening aspects should be part of all they create.

THE THEME
For people with tast and refinement La Celeste was conceived.

It is for these people that La Céleste was conceived. Appropriately it is the French theme of architecture which inspired us. French lifestyle noted for its cosmopolitan, civilized approach, great concern for style, fashion, high culture and appearances was a great inspiration.

THE ADAPTATION
Replicated classical French designs from various periods, skillfully arranged, add up, at La Céleste to provide an elegant statement of quality and character with enduring visual appeal. Located amidst a huge colony of myriad independent houses, La Céleste is set to rise and reign with a splendid breath taking presence.

THE BOULEVARD
It is difficult to imagine French architecture without a Boulevard. This is why we intend to develop the 40 feet road, which runs through the property, as a Boulevard, laid with special paver stones and with captivating landscapes on both sides of the road. It is to end into the artistically defined border walls of both sections of La Céleste.

THE ENTRANCE
Both sections of La Céleste shall have architecturally conceived, majestic, & captivating entrances and exits. The French colonial Club House shall have a special thematic entrance of its own.

THE CLUB HOUSE
Stylish and Striking. These are the words which come to mind when you look at the Club House from the Boulevard. We endeavour to provide spacious internal recreation area which can accommodate facilities like a large lounge and reception area, Gymnasium, indoor games area (Table Tennis, Pool Table etc..), Meditation hall and a Mini Private Theatre with speakers, projector & screen to seat about 30 people.

THE POOL
The Arc-de-Triomphe-Styled-Club-House shall lead to a large, formal swimming pool with a toddler section and with convenient deck space apart from a tree lined garden area. Water cascades by the side of the pool ensure that soothing sounds of water reverberate in La Celeste. A graceful walking bridge across the pool connecting the organized, sculptured, French gardens between precincts is a special attraction.

COURTYARDS
All precincts have enclosed courtyards. Each of these courtyards will have a different kind of an amenity. Shuttle badminton, Basket ball, Chess Playing area, Children's play area and Skating rink are some of the recreational facilities which shall get housed in the courtyards. There are lovely spaces, nooks and corners between the precincts. These spaces shall be integrated by means of soothing, green, soft French landscapes interspersed with water bodies and sculptures, adding a touch of serenity to the ambience.

AMPHITHEATRE
Our project team is planning to provide a French amphitheatre including a music corner (band stand) with inbuilt speaker system at a suitable location.

CAR PARK BAYS 
La Céleste shall be circled by spacious, comfortable and artfully paved drive ways which begin from the entrance and end at the exit. These drive ways branch off, underneath and around the precincts, to form sheltered and open car parks. 5 A plug points shall be provided at selected places in the car park area for vacuum cleaner usage. To wash your car, adequate no. of taps shall be provided in suitable locations.

ESSENTIAL COMMERCIAL SPACE
For your convenience, we have earmarked some building space which can be developed as departmental stores, ATM centres, convenient stores, fruit & vegetable shop etc. Even the exterior facade of the commercial space shall be done up in an architectural style which blends with the residential spaces.

OTHER ESSENTIALS

  • SEWERAGE TREATMENT
    We shall provide a sewage treatment plant where the treated water gets recycled for flushing and gardening purposes.
  • WATER
    Water supply for your apartment shall be through bore wells at specific locations inside La Céleste. In addition there shall be adequate underground sumps in La Céleste. Water supply system in La Céleste ensures that every dwelling unit gets water with adequate pressure. We shall also provide overhead tanks for water storage. A suitable water treatment plant will be provided to make sure that usable water is available for La Céleste residents.
  • SECURITY
    Security booths in the entrance are expected to be manned by professional security agency people. They shall strictly monitor every visitor who passes through the entrance. A video phone system available in every apartment shall be connected to the security booth also as an additional security measure.
  • OTHER NECESSARY SPACES
    We shall provide space for association office room, servant's and driver's rest rooms with toilets.
  • LIFTS
    The reception lounge in any precinct core shall lead to an eight passenger lift. Walking up the steps leading to the terrace, you may expect a beautiful party area.
  • POWER BACK-UP FOR COMMON AREA
    Power back up for lifts, pumps and common area lighting shall be provided.
