Chunks of bricks and mortar can hardly inspire any welling of emotions. But when they are used with infinite amount of thoughtful detailing, you find welcoming warmth radiating from every XS Real home. In our effort to see that aesthetic and functional requirements of home buyer are comfortably met, our Engineers and Designers go to great lengths even in ordinary construction detailing.
However, utility alone doesn't figure on our mind or in our designs. Special safety measures like curved edges are given in any XS Real development. Even innovative ecological solutions such as drip-irrigation and avoidance of fruit-bearing trees (to ensure cleanliness) in landscaped gardens are aimed at ascertaining a healthy environment.
For instance, look at this wall junction. Normally the wall tiles which make up the junction will be disjointed pieces plastered together and leaving a not so pretty looking joint surface. What our Engineers have done is to get L shaped tile mouldings made and fitted in the junction corners so that you get an aesthetically completed wall joint.
Look at the niche which accommodates the toiletries. In regular construction, the tiles which adorn the wall surfaces adjacent to the niche tend to be broken tile pieces. This may not look very aesthetic. In order to avoid such tiling situations our Engineers have mapped the entire toilet wall surface with actual sizes of the tiles, so that they can select that particular area where the beautiful niche can be constructed without broken tiles.
In Chennai we do need greenery but we do not want to use too much of water! As early as 1996 we have adopted Drip Irrigation systems to conserve water.
To prevent too much of maintenance later, we consciously avoid fruit bearing trees.
Unless we are meticulous, our valued home buyers will not have properties which are aesthetic yet trouble free, for years to come.
