Best Builder for the year 2001

CASA XS XS Real's 100 apartment residential complex at Manapakkam, off Mount-Poonamallee Road, was instrumental in the company being selected as Best Builder for the year 2001 by Builders' Association of India. Interestingly, the awards committee selected XS Real as the best builder even before the project was fully completed.

Outstanding Structure of year 2004

Another XS Real residential project, Villas España on Velachery main Road was selected as Outstanding Structure of the year 2004 by Builders' Association of India, among many properties of all types - Residential, Institutional and Commercial buildings in the above Rs. 2 crore category.

Outstanding Structure of the year 2005

Yet another XS Real residential project became eligible for Outstanding Structure of the year 2005 Award. This was presented by Builders' Association of India, to XS Real, for its Prathyeka - a G+4 residential building at Mandaveli, Chennai.

Best Residential Project of the year 2011

XS Real's latest achievement is the award for Best Residential Project of 2011 from Builders Line magazine, for La Céleste, French style Bungalow Apartments in Porur.
