Our dedicated Research and Design centre ensures that it is so. Each of our apartments is based on a special theme. This theme gives room for elegant design touches right across the apartment complex while giving it a distinctive character, making it a home that you will be proud to enter – every single day.

A lot of research is done before we arrive at a theme. For instance, our project Pallava Heights is inspired by Pallava architecture. Our research team did an in-depth study of the architecture of that period before venturing into design. The project has authentic elements like 'gopuram' gates, a theppakulam- inspired swimming pool which also has an exact replica of the monolith 'Arjuna's tapas' that can be found in Mahabalipuram even today.

Meticulousness

We imagine the facilities and features we would like to have, if we were living there, when we start designing a home. We think like you. Our engineers and designers work in tandem to create a home that you would love to live in. We meticulously work towards adding thoughtful little features…

* Like that rough stone in the bathroom to scrub your feet

* Safe, rounded edges for corners

* Every little niche even in toilets and utility areas is measured, mapped and tiled so that there are no broken tiles and you get an even, aesthetic finish.

* We provide a visually cool landscaping with drip irrigation – which was introduced by us way back in 1996! This ensures a clean, green ambience, while also saving water.

With each project we strive to build a dynamic living environment that offers a harmonious blend of intricate detailing and thoughtful design features – while at the same time ensuring that there is plenty of sunlight and breeze.

Our apartment complexes are interspersed with terraces or gardens that make it uncluttered and spacious. This feel for lively space is carried into every home through thoughtful positioning of doors, windows and 'open to sky' areas.
