	Note
1.	Apartments are available on "first come first served basis".
2.	Registration charges is calculated based upon the present guide line value of Rs. 11000/- per s.ft. The actual registration fee, Stampduty will be calculated as per the guide line value at the time of registration.
3.	Booking advance per apartment is Rs.25,00,000/-.
4.	Car Park Slot 2 Nos.
5	Basic cost for unsold Apartment, Registration Charges and Other Expenses are subject to change without notice.
6	VAT will collected in the last stage payment at applicable rate at that point of time.
7	Any other Govt levies will be extra and are as applicable at the rate prevailing upon.
8	Facilitation fees for customization will be Rs.500/- Per Sq.ft. apart from cost of customization.
9	Credit note (if any) will be adjusted at the last two stages
